Autotransplantation is a surgical transfer of a tooth from one position to another one in and the same living body.
Rejection problems associated with histocompatibility is likely avoided. In this case report, the impacted maxillary left canine was autotransplanted into the normal position.
The postoperative radiographs showed no evidence of inflammatory or replacement resorption.
