Abstract
This paper reports the results of the growing process of the annual ring in Sugi stand, based on the disks collected from the stumps after cutting, in order to clarify the correlation in the annual ring growth for each of the consecutive years.
As the results, it was observed that the initial order in the annual ring growth of trees in the stage of the young stand changes their correlation slowly for several years, until it becomes to show no relation with the initial conditions. But, the annual ring growth in any two consecutive years remain strongly correlated all the always time.
In most cases, Sugi stands always grow every year according to their pattern except when the neighbour forests are cut strongly enough to change their environmental conditions.
