Abstract
In previous reports, the pathological diagnosis of metastatic carcinomas of the neck from unknown primary sites was usually squamous cell carcinoma and rarely melanoma. We report two cases of melanoma to cervical lymph nodes from an unknown primary site. These two cases were diagnosed with physical examination, medical imaging tests and fine needle aspiration, and treated by neck dissection and postoperative chemotherapy (Dacarbazine, Nimustine, Vincristine). The cases have been followed for two to six years without recurrence.
