Host: Japanese Society for the Science of Design
Nowadays, there are so many ways to get things done online without meeting in person. While there are advantages to be gained by not being restricted by time and place, it is not always the case that an appropriate method of online communication is used. Especially in academic conferences, where various topics and technical terms are exchanged, the question is how to deepen the discussion of research in an online environment. In this paper, I would like to reflect on the process of creating a tool that allows more experts and students to bring their own experiences and talk with each other at the online annual conference of The First Branch of JSSD.
