Abstract
There are many exposure dose in the X-ray pelvimetry comparatively, and it is important to reduce exposure dose considering influences on the fetus. So, we studied to reduce exposure dose in pelvimetry Gutumann method using phantom. As a result, it enabled us to reduce the exposure dose by 51-72 % using inverter type X-ray generator in comparison with single phase X-ray generator. And in inverter type X-ray generator it enable us to reduce the dose by 70 % using 110 kV compared with 90 kV and 25 % using Computed Radiography [CR] compared with film. We consider being able to reduce the exposure dose using the inverter type X-ray generator, CR system and appropriate tube volt age clinically as well.
