A 26-years-old female patient showing maxillary protrusion with crowding in mandibular arch treated by multi-lingual appliance. A well-interdigitation buccal occlusion and favorable facial change were observed. This resulted from the anterior incisors uprighting and the control the vertical facial dimension.
