A 26-years-old female patient showing bimaxilleay protrusion with high mandibular plnane angle treated by multi-lingual appliance. A well-interdigitation buccal occlusion and favorable facial change were observed without opening mandibular palne. This resulted from the anterior incisors uprighting and the control the vertical facial dimension.
