Calandrella cinerea at Sakawa River, Kanagawa

Abstract

A short-toed Lark, Callandrella cinerea puii, was collected at R. Sakawa, Kanagawa, 6 May, 1958. From Japan only two specimens are known from Sado I. Its behaviour and identification are compared with the Skylark, Alauda.
