Abstract
We have experienced 3 cases of von Willebrand's disease.
Case 1: The patient was a 3-year-old girl. We enucleated epidermoid cyst under auxotherapy with DDAVP (deamino-8-D-arginine vasopressin) and Transamin.
Case 2: The patient was a 31-year-old man. We enucleated follicular cyst under auxotherapy with Transamin, Adona and Kativ-N.
Case 3: The patient was a 2-year-old girl. After the operation, resection ofpanniculitis, she bled abnormally, hemostasis was obtained by local hemostatic method (electrocoagulation) and infusion of Transamin, Kativ-N. All cases were not abnormal in preoperative inquiry. We found that there were von Willebrand's disease by preoperative screening teston case 1, 2 and postoperative hemorrhage on case 3.
