Abstract
A 2-year-old boy with an ameloblastic fibro-odontoma in the mandible is reported.
The boy was referred to our department for painless intraoral swelling. Standard radiographs showed a mixed radiolucent-radiopaque mass at the right mandible. It was decided to extirpate the focus under general anesthesia. The tumor consisted of dense tissue with scattered, small calcified foci. Histopathologically, it was diagnosed as an ameloblastic fibroodontoma.
