This study aimed to confirm the effects of mRGC stimulation control throughout morning, daytime, and nighttime
on the circadian rhythm using melatonin secretion and sense of sleep as readouts. In the case of mRGC stimulation
control, by gradually increasing the stimulation from the morning, maintaining high stimulation in daytime, and
gradually reducing stimulation from evening to nighttime, the sense of sleep tended to be higher and saliva melatonin
secretion phase was maintained without delaying compared to constant stimulation throughout the day.
