The pigments of galls in Sedum alboroseum and Bryophyllum daigremontianum inoculated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens were detected histochemically and spectrophotometrically. Carotenoid, anthocyan and chlorophyll were detected with both methods and flavonoid was only detected histochemically.
