The use of a composite graft from auricular cartilage for nasal deformity correction is a well-established technique globally. However, reports of its application in Japan remain limited. Herein, we report three cases of external nasal reconstruction utilizing a composite graft from the concha auricle following trauma and malignant tumor resection. All patients achieved successful postoperative graft survival, with no evidence of graft loss or major complications. Aesthetic outcomes were satisfactory in all cases, with notable improvements in nasal contour and symmetry. Our findings highlight the utility of auricular composite grafts for the treatment of minor nasal defects.
