Abstract

A 72 year-old man was admitted with a complaint of right back pain. Chest X-ray film and chest CT scan showed multiple tumors of the chest wall. Percutaneous needle biopsy revealed malignant fibrous histiocytoma histologically. ⁶⁷Ga-scintigram and abdominal CT scan showed no other lesions in the body. These findings suggested that the primary lesion was in the clost wall. This patient died of gastrointestinal bleeding 6 months later with no remission after ⁶⁰Co radiotherapy.
