Assuming the force due to the local pressure gradient existing in a turbulent fluid, the floating conditions of particles in the turbulent fluid overwhelming the influence of gravity are theoretically considered. Taking into account the similarity hypotheses of fine structure of turbulence the relations between the scale of particles and the experienced force due to local pressure gradient are obtained. The floating conditions are given separately for two cases, in which the scale of particles is either smaller or larger than the length of the smallest turbulon in the turbulent fluid.
