Abstract
In some cases, anesthesiologists have to intubate patients with a difficult airway. There have been many ways to secure the airway in such cases. The easiest and safest way for skilled anesthesiologists would be intubation, via either the oral or nasal, under the guide of a bronchial fiberscope. This procedure is safe and reliable. Every physician who is specialized in anesthesiology is strongly encouraged to learn and master fiberoptic intubation.
