Abstract
I participated in providing foreign medical care in Vietnum, and provided the anesthesia for surgeries to correct cleft lip and palate. In one case complicated with Treacher Collins syndrome, I used the Trachlight™ and was able to intubate easily.
Trachlight™ was superior in that it is a portable, convenient and economical tool. It is useful for difficult tracheal intubation in a developing country.
