Abstract
For every two people, one person is consumed by cancer, three to one people have died of cancer. To provide high quality palliative care to the patient with cancer, we should promote the policy-based Cancer Control Act. As a result, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has been actively promoting training for physicians engaged in cancer treatment to master basic knowledge of palliative care and cancer from 2008. The physician of the palliative care team should complete this training as a general rule, jointly create a palliative care treatment plan with doctors, nurses and pharmacists responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, and its contents are issued by patient over the description. In this paper, I stated the importance of the anesthesiologist in the palliative care team at the point of administration.
