Abstract

Various factors cause the specifications required by clients for architecture to change over time. In particular, architectural requirements change significantly when factors with a global impact are present. Specifically, in the case of office design, when factors with a significant impact on the client's business appear, they will have a strong influence on the content of architectural design. One of the examples of social impact is the pandemic, which have had a significant influence on various lifestyles and industries. In this context, the aim of this paper is to focus on the importance of understanding the required content of architecture and to develop a methodology to understand the business characteristics of users while focusing on office functions. Therefore, we focus on the interdependence of the components in the operation processes on the user's side, which are targeted from the perspective, and develop a method to clarify the requirements for architecture while maintaining logic and objectivity.
