Abstract

The purpose of this research creates the observation valuation basis of batting motion of the technical college students, and considers a difference of the movement observation capability of the physical education teachers and a general student, and it was clarifying the observation point of the batting motion which can be used by physical education classes.
3 physical education teachers and 15 high school students participated in this research. Evaluations were made to perform based on the created evaluation table at 30 persons' tee batting motion, statistical validity, objectivity, and reliability were calculate. The main results were as follows :
1) It became clear in the physical education teachers and the general students that movement observation capability differs.
2) Bat angle between leg motion at back swing phase and arm motion at follow through phase were able to propose as an observation point applicable also to a general student.
Thus, it is thought desirable to develop a class after clarifying the evaluation point which the general students can also observe, when tackling as contents of the lesson by movement observation in a physical education class.
