Abstract
As the female physicians and doctors who have been educated in the new clinical training system increases, the way of university and general hospitals are having been questioned. The field of otolaryngology is diverse, and there are many opportunities for career up for motivated people who are working hard. It is rewarding and thankfulness to have something to keep challenging and be needed for someone. Each institution and academic society need to improve the working system to reduce the burden of doctors’ work. However, for doctors who aim for a surgical career, it is unavoidable to pay some self-sacrifice to the work.
