In order to promote effective intellectual property learning it is essential to grasp the situation of learning and to provide high quality learning materials and learning contents. In this study, we developed the learning activities expected by the teacher and the rubric which clarified the result of the activity in the learning activity on intellectual property. Furthermore, we conducted educational practice using the developed rubric. Learning activities solved problems related to knowledge acquisition and intellectual property.
As a result, with the learning process, the average value of rubric evaluation for knowledge acquisition and interest attention increased. It was suggested that the introduction of rubric evaluation into the class might have resulted in the implementation of desirable learning activities by learners.
