We have developed the learning tools for network communication. It is very important for students to improve practical use of both computer and web site information. They have to learn network security and morals by practicing some existent communication tools. Such an experiential learning is useful to learn some new computer systems. However, the equipment of LAN system in high schools has not widely constructed yet and the appropriate learning tools are not fully equipped. The developed learning tools are effective under any circumstances, even if network has not yet equipped in the school. We have tried to evaluate the tools by students in our university.
