In this paper, an automatic blog design system, which learns user's preferences and creates new blog designs interactively, is proposed. Because most bloggers are not professional on writing CSS, it is difficult to change the design. However, it is a big effort to find the design that matches blogger's preference. The system shows blog designs and let the user to select one, and increases the probability of appearance for the selected design elements. Parameters are defined to design all kinds of blogs, and over 500 images are prepared to create various designs. An analyzed data from 870 blog templates and a color coordinate theory are applied to support the system. As an experiment, 15 people created the blog design by using the system and by the other methods. The result indicates that the proposed system is superior to the conventional ones in respect of required time and the satisfaction level.
