Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of the inside hospital training by applying Andragogy principle for one year. Performed by 27nurses of 3 ~ 5 years with clinical experience in A hospital. Factorial structures were confirmed by using Leader Nurse's Assessment Scale (LNAS). Factor analysis was performed promax rotation with coefficient α. Tukey-Kramer after analysis of variance (ANOVA) was assessed 3 times : ① after the training, ② after 6 months, ③ after 1 year. The results revealed as the two main factors, the contribution of which 76.1%, internal consistency: 'α= .9260 ~ .9796'. As SL item remain that the 4 items: ① " faith · original idea · diligence", ② " planning", ③ "technical skilling", and ④ "thoroughly mindedness", with significant progress 1 year after the training (p < .05). We considered that their consciousness should be enhightened through the steadily approaching. Through this hospital training the increasing consideration an richment. Continuation to learn, organic typical approach hold problem to communicate. As conclusion we discover the SL an activity with control as a leader and L as an assess.
