Abstract
A case of orofacial granulomatosis (OFG) with gingival lesion is reported. The patient was a 18-year-old woman who presented with a swelling lesion in the upper frontal gingiva. Biopsy specimens showed a non-caseating granulomatous inflammation. Blood analysis, chest radiograph and endoscopy showed no evidence of Crohn’s disease and Sarcoidosis. Finally, based on clinical features and pathological findings, we diagnosed the patient as having OFG and lesion was surgically resected.
