Ba₂YCu₃O_7-x粉末の電顕観察

Microstructures of the orthorhombic Ba₂YCu₃O_7-x have been examined by high-resolution electron microscopy. The observed high-resolution images are consistent with the oxygen-deficient tri-perovskite structure determined in previous work with neutron and X-ray diffraction. Moreover, we have observed tetragonal domains coherently intergrown with the ordinary twinning ortho-rhombic ones.
