抄録
The present stage of high temperature oxide superconductors for application to electronic devices is reviewed. It is pointed out that, while the operational principles including Josephson effect are verified for these new oxide superconductors and the remarkabale progress has been made for thin film fabrication techniques, there still exists a big problem to be solved to realize practical electronic devices due to special properties of these compounds such as oxygen deficiency, anisotropy etc.
