Abstract
Frequently, as-sintered specimens having 2223 phase in Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system do not show the critical temperature higher than 100K. The effects of additional heat treatments on the microstructures and electrical properties of these specimens were investigated. Remarkable improvements in the critical temperature and critical current density were achieved by additional sintering.
