Bi_2+xSr_2-xCu_1+x/4O_z固溶体へのCa置換

抄録

We studied the effects of adding Ca to the Bi_2+xSr_2-xCu_1+x/4O_z solid solution. It turned out that the Ca ions substitute for Sr. Monopasic compositions of Bi_2+xSr_2-x-yCa_yCu_1+x/4 with 0.1<x<0.6 and 0<y<0.6 were obtaind. In the Ca-containing solid solution. The specimen of Bi_2.1Sr_1.8⋅Ca_0.1Cu_1.025O_z showed superconductivity at 7.8K. But the others were semiconductive.
