Abstract
We estimated environmental load, especially energy consumption and CO2 emission of slope seeding works by life cycle inventory analysis. We investigated papers, reports and hearing inquiry to companies which implement a lath netting work, two slope crib works and a material spraying work. As a result, energy consumption and CO2 emission of these works by 1 m2 are 21.4 MJ and 1.6 kg-CO2, 278.2 to 339.3 MJ and 39.5 to 50.9 kg-CO2, 94.3 to 167.1 MJ and 7.4 to 13.4 kg-CO2, respectively. The thickness of spraying layer influenced environmental load by manufacturing material little more than that by driving constructive machine. Every work is showed that energy consumption and CO2 emission of manufacturing material are 1.4 to 6.0 times, 1.7 to 8.0 times as large as those of driving constructive machine, respectively.
