A female of Colon (Tricolon) enomotoi HOSHINA, 2009 collected from Hokkaido is described for the first time. Two new species of the subgenus Myloechus of Colon are described from the Ryukyus, under the names C. (M.) ryukyuense sp. nov. and C. (M.) rubellum sp. nov. A key to Ryukyuan species of the subfamily Coloninae is given. As a result of this study, the number of Japanese species of Coloninae becomes fifteen.
