Cneorella spuria (GRESSITT & KIMOTO, 1963) and C. eurycollis (CHUJO, 1965) are redecribed. So-called C. spuria in Taiwan is found as a distinct species by compared with true C. spuria. Thus Cneorella eurycollis become valid since it is only available name for Taiwan population of C. spuria. Its distribution and plant associations are provided.
