Four new species of the Pagaronia guttigera-group are described from Japan; P. borealis from central Hokkaido, P. michinoku from northern Honshu (Aomori, Akita, Iwate and Miyagi Prefectures), P. lata from Shikoku (Kochi Prefecture) and P. pumila from western Honshu (Yamaguchi Prefecture), Shikoku (Kochi Prefecture) and Kyushu (Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Oita and Kagoshima Prefectures).
