In case 1, there was a egg-sized nodular lesion protruding and narrowing the laryngeal space, and enlargement of bronchial lymph nodes were observed. Yellowish-white foci were scattered in every lobes of lung, and bronchial lymph nodes enlarged in case No.2. Histopathologically, granulomatous lesions containing numerous nonseptate hyphae of various sizes, branching at right angle, were observed.
