Abstract

In recent years, the business environment is changing quickly. Customer's lifestyle has changed by technological advances. Customer needs is also changing rapidly. In such a market environment, the most important thing for companies is to satisfy customer needs. It is expected that the effective use of patent information by using patent maps for product planning and product development, Because, technological innovation will bring consumers innovation. In this paper, I introduce the method to predict customer needs by combining multiple information, including patent information.
