Abstract
To determine the business strategies for companies, expectations for the patent analysis is increasing. And tried to analysis in search of the answer.As an information source, literature, patents, designs, trademarks, and analyzed using these data was performed. We have to define each data as follows. That is, literature assumed in basic development information, patents assumed in development information, design assumed in design development information, trademark assumed in naming of the product, and tried to analysis aware of the product group. As a result, product forecasting, differentiated products, trademark strategy, with respect to consumer products companies. These are part of the business strategy. But, it gave me valuable information.
