Abstract
We discuss the education of ethics to students and ethics of researchers. A copy and paste report is one of the most complex ethical issues students face in connection with the first year education in universities. Despite some obvious cases, boundaries between referencing, quoting and copying are not so clear.
The misconduct of researchers is the violation of the standard codes of scholarly conduct and ethical behavior in scientific research. In the trend of open access, there are many misconduct cases which related to peer-review system. It is essential researchers to the research governance.
