Welcome to Kochi Prefecture!－Consideration of the Proposed Method of Tourism Measures for Local Creation－

Abstract

In recent years, tourism has been highlighted as one of the means of the regional revitalization, local governments are carrying out the tourism policies. Therefore not only the conventional strategy but also the local collective strength such as infrastructure, product, service, promotion and competent personnel is required. In this survey, the problems of Kochi prefecture initially were captured, and recommendations of tourism for Kochi prefecture was led from different viewpoints. In addition, survey process how this conclusion was led from understanding of status, success factors analysis, grasping problems, hypothesis preparation and hypothesis testing was shown.
