Contribution of IP Landscape in the Sustainability Era

Abstract

”Uncertainty“ is increasing due to the effects of Corona, the Fourth Industrial Revolution / DX, climate change and the disruption of the global supply chain. In such an environment, companies are required to be sustainable as well as DX to enhance their competitiveness. Based on the idea of aiming for a virtuous cycle of ”contributing to a sustainable society“ and ”sustainably improving corporate value“, we have introduced IP landscape (IPL) as one of the pillars of utilizing digital transformation for ”business sophistication“. In this paper, we will introduce a three-stage approach of short-term, medium-term, and long-term as the contribution of IPL in the era of sustainability following the corona disaster.
