抄録
This paper reports on group work conducted as part of Japanese language teacher training. The purpose of the group work is to deepen participants’ understanding of Japanese language education in the workplace. As a result of analyzing the training plan actually devised by one group of students, in terms of 1) job proficiency, 2) Japanese language acquisition, and 3) feasibility, it was found that the students, through participating in the group work, became more aware of the characteristics and difficulties of workplace Japanese language education and how Japanese language teachers should be involved.
