Since this April, we, at Niigata University International Student Center Intensive Japanese Course for Pre-Master Course students, have started a Team-Teaching system where two teachers have equal position and responsibility in one class. The aim of this system is to; 1.adjust the size of the class (for each term we have different number of students), 2.make the class activities more flexible. This system has resulted in the following; because teachers share the same responsibility for the management of the class; 1.class review and debate after each lesson have become more lively and fruitful than before, 2.we have become able to divide a class into two whenever we need to for the benefit of the class, which means that we have more class variation than before according to the activities.
