Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop the theory of Internal Marketing and a diagnostic technique for it. The literature on IM increased significantly albeit mainly normative work as the number of empirical studies remains limited. Most of empirical studies are on the service industry. The authors investigate the IM for persons who are engaged in research and development empirically. Our results suggest the IM for them is effective.
