The purposes of this study are to examine the influence of companies' usage of “context of use” data on consumers' perceived unpleasantness and to give an outline of the emergent ethical problem related to marketing research. The result of statistical analysis on survey data shows that the way of data use tends to have an effect on the level of unpleasantness perceived by consumers; in particular, provision of the data to a third-party company fairly increases the level of the perceived unpleasantness; and a previous notice of provision and level of trust of the third-party seem to moderate increasing of unpleasantness. As IoT makes companies know how consumers use their products on a real-time basis, these findings seem to imply that the soundness of data treatment should be included in management diagnostics and development of the indexes of such soundness is needed.
The Sogo Shosha has been transferring its traditional core business based on a trading right to subsidiaries since 2000. The subsidiaries specialize in the operations and the parent company is responsible for business creation. The author has been trying to demonstrate that the Sogo Shosha's essential function is business creation if we evaluate it as a value co-creation enterprise system. Although there are many previous studies, they do not fully explain the essential function of Sogo Shosha from a management diagnosis viewpoint. This is because most of these studies focus mainly on the operation of a revenue model to analyze Sogo Shosha. In this paper, through a case study, the author clearly demonstrates that Sogo Shosha's essential function is business creation, even when the functions are separately held by the parent company and the subsidiary.

The problem to evaluate the fruit of inventory level reduction achieved through improvement activities is an old problem. In this research, it is proved mathematically that management indices based on inventory such as “inventory turnover” and “cross ratio” are to be considered as the productivity based on inventory. As an effectiveness of labor reduction is evaluated using cost or number of labors reduced instead of the labor productivity increase, the fruit of inventory reduction activity is more appropriate to be evaluated using inventory cost reduced.

With the Matrix Bookkeeping, I obtain an idea to I-O table of Leontief used for national income analysis and an economic ripple effect and am considered that Mattessich devised it. As for Matrix bookkeeping chart, the useful thing was always said if we made it in a medium and small-sized company. I tried the making of the Matrix bookkeeping chart only using securities report announced this time in a big company. As a result, I was able to make the thing of the available level by using estimated journalizing, but was not able to make the complete Matrix bookkeeping chart. The reason is because the “source” and the “purpose” for which money is spent expressed in journalizing lose it at financial statements making. The enhancement on inspection sides is expected by adding the “source” and the “purpose” for which money is spent to increase the reliability of current financial statements data.
In an era of low growth, it is an important subject for Japan to switch over the medical system from hospital care to home healthcare. In this paper, focusing the core hospitals, we analyzed the flow of leaving patients from hospitals, by using the leaving patient surveys conducted in Toyota, Aichi, and researched the current situation of home healthcare. As a result, we emphasized that it is important to ascertain where the bottleneck to enhance the number of home healthcare patients is, monitoring the flow of leaving patients from hospitals. This flow could be the management index considered so as to proceed to develop an integrated community care system. After that, all concerned should implement effective measures to eliminate the bottleneck together.

In this study, we refer various disasters that a global supply chain system with distributed production bases encounters, and an easy model is analyzed for operation availability of the system. From the viewpoint of not only stock holding cost but also shortage control of parts and products, it is shown that always holding an extra stock between the processes in preparation for a sudden and long term stop like a disaster does not bring a big effect. We also pay attention to simultaneousness of the stop between the processes when operation availability of the entire supply chain is evaluated. It shows that operation availability of the entire supply chain decreases by increasing of the process and decreasing of simultaneousness of the stop. Consequently, it explains the construction of the supply chain having robustness to the disasters etc. in various places is difficult in the globalization by merely extending the distance between domestic production bases.
