Abstract
In order to support and make betterment of Quality of Life for all residents in aging society in Japan, it will be important and also necessary to construct and manage effectively the Community-based Integrated Care Systems (CICS) for Supporting QOL (Quality of Life)-Society in each community. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss and present some concepts, philosophy and ideas for construction of the CICS from the view point of Systems Management and Systems Engineering. Furthermore, we also present the System Strategy for managing the CICS. In this paper, as a model case of CICS, we also show the CICS in Asuke-community in Toyota-city in order to verify effectiveness and usefulness of the systems approach and promotion policy presented here.
