Focusing on the Chinese tourists who visited Japan, we reveal the relation between the expectation of the trip and the actual satisfaction of the trip. We examine whether the actual satisfaction of the trip is higher than the expectation of the trip. We investigated into Chinese at travel agency in Changchun, Jilin form February 13 to March 23, 2015. Actual satisfaction is significantly higher than expectation about a hot spring (5% level), hospitality (10% level).
