Promoting gender diversity is needed in Japan. According the survey results, percentage of female managers in Aichi Prefecture is lower than the national average. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the present situation and problems of promotion of female managerial positions in Aichi prefecture. A questionnaire survey of female managers and the managerial candidate is considered. By questionnaire survey, we clarified how the female managers and the managerial candidate face tasks and they plan to solve those tasks.
