A Study on the Self-employed Professional People Who Have a National Qualification: Focusing on the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Management Consultants

Abstract

This paper aims to clarify the situation of the self-employed professional people who have a national qualification, because they are able and can make contributions to the public good like our economy growth. Focusing on the self-employed Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Management Consultants, this study examines what types can be classified and what obstacles they encountered are to run their business. Qualitative research was conducted through interviews and we found trends they can be classified and are apt to encounter specific obstacles. The research results can be useful for people who try to pass a national qualification and be self-employed.
