Management on Grassroots Association for Contribution to Active Community

Abstract

This paper analyzed management on grassroots association for contribution to active community. The results indicates the following four elements: 1) leader taking initiative to work on activities; 2) setting purpose of solving problem in community; 3) having common mission among members; 4) taking mild control of members.
