Abstract

 JMETS obtains approval as the authorization by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications for holding a drill and a training in a training ship for cadet to obtain a certification of a ship station radio operator attestation from 2002. Each training ship conducts an onboard training as a radio watch duty in radio room with a radio officer for a certification on ocean going time so far. But due to the influence of the coronavirus "Covid-19" that has continued since 2020, it became severe that cadet were served a training time as a radio watch duty in a radio room in a prescribed training period. Therefore, we settled on the implemental methods by a lecture and a training at a time of mooring and anchoring which satisfies the required condition in spite of a radio watch duty in a radio room on ocean going time. In formulating this implemental methods, we kept in mind the the high learning effectiveness and efficient training for cadet. It could be confirmed that it was possible to obtain an excellent results with the formulated implemental methods.
